Terms of Service

By commissioning me or purchasing anything from me, you automatically agree with the terms described in this page. These terms and commission prices are subject to change at any time without notice. If you are interested in commissioning me or you have any questions, please contact me on Twitter, Telegram or email.

prices and information

I accept advance payment via Paypal invoice in US Dollars (USD) and Reais (BRL) for Brazilians. For amounts above 50 dollars (USD) or 100 reais (BRL) the payment will be divided into two parts, 50% at the beginning of the project and 50% at the end.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.There will be additional costs for more characters.

Process

  • Please contact me to request commission type, you must provide character references and detailed description of pose, expression, etc. Then the price will be set.

  • Once the commission is approved, inform me your email and I will send you an invoice. You have 48 hours to pay it after the sending.

  • I will only start the commission project after payment confirmed.

  • I will send a sketch and color palette for buyer's approval.

  • If there are any questions from me or the buyer, I can send a picture of the project's pregress.

  • You are free to request changes when necessary, within the reasonable, if you want to change it after completion, there will be extra costs.

Refunds

  • You can only ask for a 100% refund if I don't finish your commission within 3 months.

  • If you request a refund after I start work, you will receive 50% of the amount paid.

  • I will not refund the commission upon completion for any reason.

I gain the rights to:

  • Post art anywhere and link your profile in the description.

  • Live stream and record videos of the artwork and post them anywhere.

  • Decline the commission for any reason.

  • keep the image credits.

  • Give up the commission and refund you 100% due to an unforeseen event.

I will not:

  • NSFW (Not safe for work: explicit nudity, pornography, etc).

  • Fetishes.

  • Extreme gore.

  • Anything dehumanizing (racism, hate speech, homophobia, etc).

  • Anything I'm not comfortable with.

  • Anime

You understand that it takes time to finish a piece, so be patient.

Unless I give permission, you may not use the artwork for commercial purposes or take credit.

Upon completion of the project, you can post and repost anywhere for any non-profit intentions and must give proper credits, linking my twitter or the original post in the description if possible.
